If you want to buy one or more of our horses, you agree to the following terms:

 

Every sale will be hosted on the Equus Sims forum.

You have to create a main site profile within 2 weeks after purchase, if it's not already registered by Wester Drumlins.

 

• You are not allowed to remove the Prefix or add another Prefix or Suffix.
• You are not allowed to change the main site profile information, except for disciplines (remove or change) and barn name. Stallions can be gelded.
• You are not allowed to offer the horse or its unique markings for public download.
• You are not allowed to remove the shoulder brand (Kinsky Horses).
• You are not allowed to claim the horse as your own creation.

• You are allowed to remove, add and change shine and detail markings.
• You are allowed to change the shape for posing issues.
• You are allowed to change, add or remove coat markings, as long as you are not changing the horses general appearance. This means you are allowed to optimize the horse, so it suits your own aesthetic preferences, but this doesn't give you the right to transform the horse into something completely different. Please be respectful.
• You are allowed to change the style of mane and tail.
• You are allowed to add similar white markings, if you don't have the markings the horse was created with.
• You are allowed to use Kinsky Horses as a template for Kinsky Horse offspring, or as a Kinsky Horse template in general.

Please stay active and compete at least in random shows.
If you want to sell the horse, please contact us first to see if we want to take or buy the horse back. We are always happy to lease former horses if you're going on hiatus.
We reserve rights to take the horse back without refund if our terms are broken or the new owner becomes inactive for more than four months (one ES year).
